Hello Eveyone. I’m Wilber from Nicaragua; In my town there is a bunch of artisan bakeries. They baked in stone ovens and They provide bread for everyday needs.
But When people have a special event, such as weddings, birthdays or business functions, they require the services of a modern Bakery (Modern in comparison to the others in my town). They bake cakes and treats.
We also have a French bakery now. Most of its customer are foreign people Who enjoy drinking a cup of coffee with French bread.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge of bakeries in your town, Wilber. 🙂
